The Law of Attraction in Action: Body Talk

How many of us are completely happy with the way our body looks and feels?
Maybe we are not entirely happy with every aspect, but there is always something to be grateful for with our bodies. What are you grateful for? Can you be grateful for your eyes, your smile, your toes, the fact that your heart is pumping? You might even come up with several things to be grateful for.
It is important to focus on whatever we are grateful for.
The Law of Attraction is always working overtime to create more of what we are focused on.
Do you feel sore or ill often? Check your thoughts; are you thinking that you are getting old or are you worried about getting sick? Are you reading or hearing about others getting sick? What we are thinking about and focusing on always matches what we are experiencing in our body.
Do you feel like you are overweight? Then you may be spending a lot of time telling yourself you are overweight and that you should not be eating such and such because it is making you fat (I know that this is usually said as we eat it). Remember that we are always looking for ways to prove ourselves right, so of course we get more fat!
Good Grief!
There is a different way to think. Try praising yourself if your pants fit more loosely today. If we feel like we are losing weight, chances are we will be.
If we focus on what we love and what we are grateful for with our bodies we attract more of what we like and less of what we don't like. We are then able to find even more to love about our bodies. We may start craving healthier foods or be guided to go for a walk. The surprising thing can be that we will want to do these things with pleasure!
When we focus on good health and fitness we will end up getting predominantly good health. It can happen as if magically one thought at a time.
